About the Programme Leads

Dr Jo North is an innovation specialist, executive coach and author of Leading Sustainable Innovation. She is the founder of The Big Bang Partnership Ltd, and works with organisations of all sizes to turn ideas into tangible impact. With a background in business leadership and a PhD in innovation, Jo brings practical tools and clear thinking to the challenge of leading change.

Professor Joanna Berry is Professor of Entrepreneurship at Durham University Business School and Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Business and Engagement. She has a rich background in corporate leadership and academic research, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship, strategy and sustainable innovation. Joanna brings energy, insight and challenge to every session she leads.

Format

The programme can be delivered online, in person or as a blended format. Sessions are interactive, high-energy and focused on outcomes. Individual coaching and diagnostics are integrated into the programme structure.
