A Rapid Process Improvement Workshop (RPIW) is a facilitated event that helps accelerate an improvement and change to practice.
Our Rapid Improvement Workshops take place over 1-5 days in-person or online for remote teams. . They involve employees coming together to review and improve a particular part of a process in real time. Our process is designed around the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) improvement cycle and is supported by a detailed planning phase with regular reporting built in at 30, 60, 90 days and beyond.
Rapid Process Improvement Workshops zoom in on small sections of the way that processes and services are organised.
Each step and detail of the current process is identified and captured so that your team can quickly spot potential improvements and create a new, significantly more efficient and effective process.
We involve people who carry out the process, as well as people who contribute to it or are affected by it in some way, often including customers and suppliers.
Our approach generates solutions which improve productivity, reduces cost, time, error and waste, and increase customer, supplier and employee satisfaction and engagement.
