Innovation Sprints That Get Things Moving
Designed. Facilitated. Delivered.
When businesses need to move fast on new ideas, we run the sprints that make it happen.
We design and facilitate innovation sprints that cut through complexity, focus attention, and generate tangible progress—fast. Whether you’re stuck, scaling or just starting something new, we help your team get clarity, make decisions, and take action.
We don’t do cookie-cutter workshops. Every sprint is custom-built to match your challenge and your team. And we don’t leave you with a pile of sticky notes—we leave you with outcomes, next steps, and momentum.

We also:
- Run briefings and prep sessions so you’re set up to succeed
- Use your language, not generic templates
- Design toolkits and follow-ups so ideas don’t get lost
- Help you keep the momentum going after the sprint ends
Want It Done Properly?
Then bring us in. You’ll get experienced facilitators who can handle senior stakeholders, tough topics and big ideas—without losing focus or wasting time.
Let’s talk about your sprint.
What is an Innovation Sprint?
An innovation sprint is a short, focused, purposeful event designed to achieve solutions to a specific challenge or opportunity. Together your delegates from inside and often outside your organisation will collaborate to collectively define what success looks like for your challenge or opportunity, generate and develop ideas to achieve that success, and create early prototypes and plans for action.
We can run your innovation sprint online if your team is working remotely, or in-person and socially-distanced.
Examples of sprint themes include:
- Digital strategy
- New product development
- New service development
- Customer experience strategy
- Improving productivity for frontline employees through technology
- Marketing and communication campaign development
- Customer acquisition
- Customer retention
- Win strategies for competitive bids and tenders
- Defining USP (Unique Selling Point) and competitive advantage
What can I expect from a sprint?
Innovation sprints vary in duration but usually take place between half a day and a couple of weeks, depending on the complexity and priority levels of the challenge or opportunity. We find that our customers prefer to run their innovation sprint over 1, 2, 3 or 5 days in practice.
The focus, speed and agility of the innovation sprint format is collaborative, energising and rewarding for participants, as well as being commercially beneficial for the organisation, because it is designed so that you make real, valuable progress and create momentum that goes beyond the innovation sprint itself to accelerate implementation. Additional benefits include stronger relationships between colleagues created by better understanding of each other’s roles and perspectives and support for developing a more innovative culture.
We document all the work created in your innovation sprint and write everything up for you, with photographs of delegate work included, so that you have a full record of your event and a clear roadmap for implementation.
